Marci Rinkoff, MSOD, PCC, is a seasoned Team Effectiveness consultant and leadership coach. Her career experience has spanned from nonprofit fundraising, to sales at the American Productivity & Quality Center, to managing one of the world's largest global coaching practices at Right Management. At Right, she served as an internal advisor, thought leader to clients, manager, trainer, and coach to coaches across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA. Clients have included Apple, Facebook, and Wells Fargo. Today, she continues her work in organizations, focusing on bringing out the best in teams and leaders. She has been an adjunct faculty member for UC Berkeley, San Jose State University and the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership
Her global experience, research on leadership, along with her business experience, brings a practical, evidence-based approach to organizations at the individual, team, organizational and global level. As a trainer, she brings content, creativity and humor to her classes.
She holds an M.S. of Organization Development with honors from Pepperdine University's Business School of Management, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Houston. Her graduate research was on the Impact of Mindfulness Programs on Leaders. She holds a Professional Coaching Certificate (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute. Marci is certified in the Hogan Suite, MRG 360, Tilt 365, NLP, and Enneagram IEQ.
Marci is currently a Lead Mentor for She-Can Global, a nonprofit helping women from Rwanda and Cambodia become leaders in their home country through higher education and mentorship. She is a founding member of the East Bay Theatre Group in OaklandCalifornia, and the former President of the International Coach Federation in the Northern California Bay Area. She lives with her husband, Mark, and dog, Buddy, in San Rafael, California. When she's not working, she's usually outdoors, cooking for friends, imagining her next creative project, or binging on some really good Netflix series.
