WHY ARE YOU A COACH?
I’ve always had an interest in social work and psychology and thought I would eventually pursue my license in counseling. After many years of work with corporations, I noticed how little focus was placed on the needs of the individual and how important this is in terms of reaching full potential and productivity. Out of frustration and basic burn out, I applied to John F. Kennedy’s Graduate School of Psychology to become a therapist. Something seemed wrong with this plan so I hired a coach to gain clarity. This was one of the most positive life transforming experiences for me. In a few months, we realized that coaching might be a perfect fit for me given my desire to help people live life fully. It also allowed me to live the kind of life I’ve dreamed about having! It feels great knowing that my work has such meaning and impact.
WHAT ARE YOUR PASSIONS?
I absolutely love coaching and the effect it has had on people and on my life. I cherish my family and friends, dogs, the outdoors, cycling, yoga, great food, humor, eastern philosophy, the time I take to meditate, social justice, and the awesome lessons of the human spirit and the universe.

WHAT DOES "CPCC" MEAN?
CPCC stands for Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. It is a highly regarded certification earned through the rigorous Coaches Training Institute program located in San Rafael, California. Co-active coaching implies that the coach and the client are active collaborators. This relationship is an alliance between two equals for the purpose of meeting the client’s needs. DO YOU HAVE ANY LOFTY DREAMS?
I would like everyone to have a coach who sees their greatness and is encouraged to live peacefully. If this was so, there would be no wars!!
