- 2 hour kickoff session. (In person if in the Bay Area, or on the phone)
- Four 30 minute sessions per month on the phone or Three 40 minute sessions per month
- Email support. I will respond to your emails within 24 hours M-F.

- 3 month minimum contract
- *2 extra sessions if you sign up for 6 months initially

Standard Plus:

Groups/Corporations/Nonprofits:

Workshops: Pre-packaged workshops and customized trainings are available to meet the needs of small groups (5 to 30 managers) or large-group sessions. Pending on the size of the audience, trainings will require multiple facilitators. Prepackaged workshops include NBL (Needs Based Listening), and Soul Food for Sales. Please call for details.

Coach on Call: “Just-in-time” coaching services for managers and/or staff seeking to improve productivity. This is valuable for those seeking support with improving communication skills, relationship building, and business development. Services may be provided on-site or by teleconference. Coaching Circles – One of the most innovative approaches to coaching… The circles, held twice a month in the Bay Area, are led by Marci and coaching colleague Timo Navsky, CPCC. Each session is filled with “out of the box” creative games, visualizations, interactive discussions, homework assignments, and other tools to enhance one’s journey of self-discovery and fulfillment. Participants work individually and collaborate in teams to make action plans in support of the life they wish to live. Circles are limited to 8 participants. Join one or start your own at work or home! In addition, you will receive one private coaching session each month.
