Marci Rinkoff, CPCC, PCC, Executive Coach and Founder of MBR Coaching, brings fifteen years in coaching, business consulting, fund raising and sales with private companies, nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies. She specializes in helping women business owners develop profitable and sustainable companies ranging from $50K annual revenues to over $1 million. She also works as an Executive Coach and Trainer for women in leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. Marci is President-Emeritus of the North Bay chapter of the International Coach Federation, on faculty at CVNL (Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership) and at San Jose State University.

She managed Corporate Sales Coaching & Training for Knight Ridder Corporation and served as an Executive Career Coach & Trainer for Right Management Solutions. Prior to coaching, Marci held positions as a record-setting sales executive and business consultant with the American Productivity & Quality Center and earlier, as a fundraising consultant to nonprofits across the U.S. She has been featured in Bay Area BusinessWoman magazine and various publications for her work in helping women business leaders grow their business and effectively lead teams.

Marci holds a B.A. in Sociology & advanced studies in Organizational Development. She is certified as a coach through the International Coach Federation and Coaches Training Institute. Her work combines a number of modalities including Co-Active Coaching, Organization/Relationship Systems Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Diagnostic Sales, and the Enneagram. Ms. Rinkoff is a founding member of the East Bay Theatre Group in Oakland, Advisory Board Member of Women’s Leadership Exchange, and Coach for Make Mine a Million $ Business (a program for women entrepreneurs), a Big Sister (of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marin) and regularly provides pro bono coaching to local nonprofits. An avid hiker, cyclist, amateur painter, master doodler, and dog lover, Marci has a passion for living life fully and bringing creativity into her world. Ms. Rinkoff resides with her husband, dog and the occasionally visiting deer in San Rafael, California.

Lora Banks, CPCC, PCC, coaches organizations, executives and other highly motivated individuals to achieve peak performance utilizing a variety of coaching modalities including emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming, co-active coaching, and systems coaching techniques. Her clients have included both individuals and teams at McKesson Corp., YAHOO!, Clorox, Boston Consulting Group, San Jose Statue University, RE/MAX Realty, and Prudential California Realty.

Prior to coaching, Lora spent ten years in the financial markets as an equity trader for Salomon Brothers, New York and Montgomery Securities and Banc America Securities in San Francisco. Her professional experience also includes six years as an entrepreneur and CEO of her own sports marketing firm. She brings to her coaching practice more than fifteen years of management and training experience in the financial markets, communications, consumer products, high technology, medical technology, health care, real estate, medicine, industrial, law and non-profit.

Lora earned the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation as well as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute. She has studied coaching at John F. Kennedy University, and received a Certificate in Leadership from the Co-Active Space International Leadership Training Program. In addition, she is a graduate of the Organization, Relationship, and Systems Coaching (ORSC) training program through The Center for Right Relationship.

Lora has taught Business Communications at the Haas Graduate School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, Coaching and Leadership Tools for Managers at San Jose State University, and Coaching and Leadership for Managers for industry leaders in Mumbai, India. She lives with her husband, four children, and dog in San Francisco, California.
