Leadership Development

MBR Coaching worked with a small-cap investment firm company to deliver a Coaching for Performance training for its high-potential senior managers and executives. The training developed the skills required to execute performance planning company-wide.

In partnership with the company’s COO, MBR Coaching provided a competency tool and an internal coaching system enabling leaders to tie performance to key business objectives faced by the firm. Senior staff were trained via a series of teleconferences on creating S.M.A.R.T. goals for the organization and individual performance.

Coaching & Training

MBR Coaching was hired by a senior manager at a large financial services company, due to challenges with her team and delegating responsibilities so she could focus on strategic goals. Through in person coaching and training, she was able to: a) move into a new role and promote team members, b) use new communication techniques to work with different types of staff, and c) use coaching to motivate staff and enroll them in her vision.

Sales Coaching

A financial advisor was responsible for building a portfolio of high wealth clients for her new employer – a financial services company. She loved helping people but hated sales. She received coaching to identify her strengths and capitalize on them to build relationships with new clients. While she had in-house sales training, she was not comfortable sharing certain issues with her manager. Through coaching, she increased her confidence and eliminated sabotaging beliefs. Within one year, she built a full portfolio of long-term investors.
